Hi! Welcome to the ScalePad Hub, a centralized sign-in and administration portal for ScalePad products.

Follow the steps below to sign in to your Hub account for the first time.

Have you already signed into the ScalePad Hub at least once? Your sign-in process will look a little different, so check out Signing In to Your ScalePad Hub Account instead.

Who is this article for?

Backup Radar.png Backup Radar*, ControlMap.png ControlMap, Lifecycle Insights.png Lifecycle Insights ,and/or Quoter.png Quoter Partners signing in to the ScalePad Hub for the first time: Your new ScalePad Hub account has been created for you, and your product account(s) have been automatically migrated into it. Follow the steps below to sign in and start enjoying the benefits of unified user management.

Who is this article NOT for?

Lifecycle Manager.png Lifecycle Manager Partners: There is no change to your sign-in process associated with the November 2024 launch (as Lifecycle Manager was managed in the ScalePad Hub prior to its official launch), so you can disregard the rest of this article entirely as your account is already integrated.

Cognition360.png Cognition360 Partners: Your application isn't currently managed in the ScalePad Hub, but hang tight and stay tuned: It'll be migrated at a later date!

Backup Radar.png *Backup Radar Client users: You'll manage your account within Backup Radar instead of within the Hub. Check out Signing in to your Client account for more information.

  1. Visit the link you normally use to sign in to your ScalePad product and you will be automatically redirected to the ScalePad Hub sign-in page.

  2. Under Continue to [Your Product Name], choose your desired sign-in/sign-up method:
    Continue to Your Product.png

    b. Sign in with Microsoft: If you normally use Microsoft to sign in to your product account, your sign-in will automatically carry over. Otherwise, see Signing in with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for more details on setting up Microsoft SSO for your Hub account.
    c. Email: If you normally sign in with your email address, enter it here and click Continue. The first time you sign in, the system will prompt you to choose a new password before continuing.

  4. Once you've signed into the ScalePad Hub, you can manage your ScalePad Hub account itself, or choose the specific ScalePad product you would like to manage by clicking the Menu Icon.png icon at the top left and selecting it under Your Products.
    Select your Product.png

What’s next?

Once you've signed into your centralized ScalePad Hub account for the first time, your default permissions will be equivalent to the permissions you had in your ScalePad product (Backup Radar, ControlMap, Lifecycle Insights, Lifecycle Manager, and/or Quoter).

For example, an Admin user in Backup Radar will be granted Admin permissions in the ScalePad Hub.

If you have different levels of permission across different ScalePad products, you will be rounded up to the highest permission level in the ScalePad Hub.

To grant and manage user access to your ScalePad Hub account, see Managing ScalePad Hub User Access.

To grant and manage user access to the individual products in your ScalePad subscription, see Managing Product Level User Access.
