Hello! In this article, we'll cover managing user access for the individual products in your ScalePad subscription (Backup Radar.png Backup Radar, ControlMap.png ControlMap, Lifecycle Insights.png Lifecycle Insights, Lifecycle Manager.png Lifecycle Manager, and/or Quoter.png Quoter).

Note: Prior to granting managing user access for your ScalePad products, the user in question needs to already exist in the ScalePad Hub. For step-by-step instructions on adding a new user in the ScalePad Hub, see Creating a New User.

Need to manage ScalePad Hub user access? See Managing ScalePad Hub User Access.

Product access is account-specific

Before managing product access, confirm the selected ScalePad account and that the user has accepted an invitation to that account. With multi-tenant access, the same email address can have different product access and roles in different accounts. Grant or revoke access separately for each account; permissions from another account are not copied automatically.

See Multi-tenant access: working across ScalePad accounts.

Any questions? Feel free to check out our Hub FAQ and/or Hub FAQ for Quoter, or reach out to our friendly, neighborhood support team by submitting a support ticket.
