If the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account is a Microsoft account (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Outlook.com), you can sign in using the Sign in with Microsoft option on the sign-in screen. No additional setup is required.
| Note: When you sign in with Microsoft, use your Microsoft User Principal Name (UPN), which is the sign-in name for your Microsoft work account. Your UPN must match the email address on your ScalePad Hub account. If you sign in with an alias or a different email address, sign-in fails. |
To sign in with Microsoft:
- Navigate to the ScalePad Hub sign-in page.
- Under Welcome, click Sign in with Microsoft.
- Authenticate with your Microsoft credentials when prompted.
Once authenticated, you'll be signed in to your ScalePad Hub account.

If you have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled on your account, you may be prompted to complete MFA verification after signing in with Microsoft.
