Hello! In this article, we'll talk about signing in to your ScalePad Hub account with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).
If the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account is a Microsoft account (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Outlook.com), you can sign in using the Sign in with Microsoft option on the sign-in screen. No additional setup is required.
To sign in with Microsoft:
- Navigate to the ScalePad Hub sign-in page.
- Under Welcome, click Sign in with Microsoft.
- Authenticate with your Microsoft credentials when prompted.
Once authenticated, you'll be signed in to your ScalePad Hub account.
| Note: Administrators can optionally require all users in their organization to sign in using Microsoft or Google SSO. For details, see Enforcing Single Sign-On (Microsoft or Google). |
If you have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled on your account, you may be prompted to complete MFA verification after signing in with Microsoft.
