d. Sign up for free: Choose this option and follow the prompts to create your new ScalePad account.
- Once you're signed into the ScalePad Hub, you can manage your ScalePad Hub account itself, or choose the ScalePad product you would like to manage by clicking the
icon at the top left and selecting it under Your Products.
Switch between accounts
After accepting invitations to more than one ScalePad account with the same email address, you can use that one sign-in to access each account. In the new Lifecycle Manager UI, open the account menu in the upper left and choose Select Account, then select the account you want to work in. Selecting a client changes your view within the current account; it does not switch accounts.
Client data, product access, and roles follow the selected account. If an expected account is missing, confirm that you accepted its invitation using the same email address. See Multi-tenant access: working across ScalePad accounts.
