Using the Playbooks Dashboard

Use the Playbooks Dashboard to see how scheduled work is going and find Runs that need your attention. Open Playbooks → Dashboard for all clients you can access, or open Playbooks from a specific client to review that client’s work.

Find work that needs attention

  1. Use the dashboard filters to narrow the view to the Playbook, period, or group of clients you want to review.
  2. In Needs attention, filter by Blocked, Unassigned, Missed, or Overdue. A step can have more than one reason for needing attention.
  3. Open the affected Run and check the step details. Use the available controls to resolve the issue, such as assigning upcoming work or catching up a missed step.

Review delivery performance

Use Step outcomes to see how work performed in the selected period. The on-time rate compares steps done on time with all measured steps. Measured steps include on-time, late, overdue, and missed work. Skipped and on-hold steps are tracked separately.

Select a count such as On time to open the matching Runs. The Runs list carries over the dashboard filters and adds a filter for the selected metric. Use Due next 14 days to see what’s coming up.

Connect work to client results

Open a Run to record its intended outcome. As you review the result, record whether you achieved it, partially achieved it, or did not achieve it. You can also link the Run to a client Agreement and its relevant line items for reporting.
