Create reusable Agreement templates in the new UI

The new UI calls contracts Agreements. Use the account's Agreement template catalog to prepare reusable defaults for manually created agreements.

1. Open Agreements for All clients and select the Templates tab.
2. Select New Template.
3. Enter a template name and the agreement details you want to reuse, such as category, status, impact, description, and third-party status.
4. Review the billing cycle, billing type, amount, quantity, auto-renew, and notice-period defaults. Confirm the displayed currency before entering an amount.
5. Create the template, then open it from the catalog to verify the saved values.

Manage the catalog

Search templates by name or description and use the available category and display controls to find the right starting point. Open a template to edit its fields. Use its duplicate action for a separate version, or its delete action when it should no longer be offered.

The catalog belongs to the account. It is not a separate template list for each client. Managing templates requires the corresponding template-management permission.

Use a template

1. Choose the template's action to start a new agreement, or use the available template picker when starting an agreement.
2. Select the destination client and review the prefilled values.
3. Set the client-specific dates, currency, renewal details, and line items. Check the resulting total before creating the agreement.
4. Create the agreement and open it to verify its details.

A template supplies starting values. It does not create an agreement for every client, modify an existing PSA agreement, or keep previously created agreements synchronized with later template edits. Client-specific dates, linked hardware, and pricing items still need review for the new agreement.
