Use INFIMA security-awareness data in Deliverables

Use an INFIMA security-awareness report to show clients where training is on track and where follow-up is needed. Add it to a Risk Management section to discuss training, phishing outcomes, risk grades and optional dark-web exposure in the same client meeting.

Before you begin

  • Connect INFIMA with an API key that can access the required clients.
  • Review the integration’s client mapping so the report uses the correct INFIMA client or clients.
  • Confirm your ScalePad client has access to the Risk Management section and you have permission to create or update its Deliverables.

Add the report

  1. Open the client’s Engage > Deliverables page and create or open an unpublished Deliverable.
  2. Add or open a Risk section and enable the INFIMA security-awareness component.
  3. Open the component’s settings and choose the available summary, training, phishing and dark-web panels you want to include.
  4. Generate or refresh the section and wait for the data to finish loading.
  5. Review the figures, publish the Deliverable, and check its presentation or PDF before sharing.

Read the report

Review active users, users to watch, risk grades, training progress, and simulated phishing outcomes in the INFIMA report. Example shown with mock data.

  • Active users: the active-user population returned by INFIMA for the linked client scope.
  • On track: active users with no overdue training.
  • Users to watch: active users behind on training or who clicked a simulated phishing message within the trailing 365-day window, counted once within each linked client.
  • Phishing: sent and clicked counts and their click rate use INFIMA’s trailing 365-day summaries. No messages sent is different from a 0% click rate.
  • Risk: the vendor’s user-grade distribution and overdue-user totals. An overall vendor risk score and grade are shown only when exactly one INFIMA client is linked.
  • Dark web: monitoring and exposure figures for the linked clients where INFIMA monitoring is enabled.

When several INFIMA clients are linked, the supported counts are added across them. ScalePad does not average their risk grades into a new overall grade. Users associated with more than one linked client can contribute once in each client’s totals.

Choose what the client sees

Use the report’s Configure action to choose its heading, source label, visible metrics, and PDF options. Example shown with mock data.

The component’s saved panel choices are used in the editor, presentation and PDF. Turn off dark-web reporting if it is not relevant to the review. Its data requires the corresponding service to be enabled in INFIMA. This report uses aggregate data rather than a named-user watch list.

Report data is captured when you generate or refresh the section. Viewing a saved or published report does not call INFIMA again. A contact sync does not refresh the report snapshot.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing client data: review the client mapping and confirm INFIMA returns active users for the linked scope.
  • A linked client is no longer available: check the API key’s access and the mapping, then refresh. The report does not silently omit an unavailable linked client.
  • Risk score is absent: check whether several INFIMA clients are linked; an overall score is not combined across them.
  • Dark-web figures are absent: check both the panel setting and INFIMA service availability.
  • An older report lacks the newer panels: return it to the unpublished state and refresh its data. Existing snapshots do not gain figures just by being viewed.
  • The section shows a data-status alert: correct the access, mapping or vendor-data problem and refresh. Treat unavailable figures as unavailable, not zero.
