Deactivating a User

Hello! In this article, we'll walk through the steps for deleting a user in the ScalePad Hub.

Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.
 

Note: Deactivating a user puts them in an inactive state and temporarily revokes access to their products. When reactivated, the user's previous product access will be automatically restored.

If you'd like to permanently remove a user instead, check out Deleting a User.

 
  1. In your ScalePad Hub account, navigate to the Members menu.

  2. Click the Edit button.png Edit button next to the user you'd like to deactivate.
    Click the Edit Button.png

  3. Scroll down, click Deactivate this member, and follow the prompts.
    Click Delete this member.png

You're done! Your selected user will no longer have access to any ScalePad products.
