Resetting Your Own Password

Forgot your password? No problemo! Follow the steps below to reset your ScalePad account password.

What you'll need:
• Access to the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account.
Need to reset another user's password? See Resetting a User's Password.
  1. Navigate to app.scalepad.com.
    app.scalepad.com.png

  2. On the ScalePad Hub login page, click Forgot password?.
    Click Forgot Password.png

  3. Check the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account for the final steps to resetting your password.
