Did one of your ScalePad Hub account users forget their password? No worries! You can reset passwords for your users by following the steps below:

- In your ScalePad Hub account, navigate to the Members menu.
- Click the
Edit button next to the user you'd like to initiate a password reset for.
- Under Credentials, click You can send [user's name] password reset instructions.
- Your selected user will receive an email containing a link they can use to reset their password.
