What you'll need: • Access to the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account. |

- Navigate to app.scalepad.com.
- On the ScalePad Hub login page, click I don't know my credentials.
- Enter the email address you use to log into the ScalePad Hub. Then click Send reset instructions.
- Check the email address associated with your ScalePad Hub account for the final steps to resetting your password.
