Logging In to Your ScalePad Hub Account

Hello! Welcome to the ScalePad Hub, a centralized sign-in and administration portal for ScalePad products.

Follow the steps below to log in to your Hub account.

Is this the first time you're logging in after your ScalePad product was migrated to the ScalePad Hub? Check out Logging In to Your Centralized ScalePad Hub Account for the First Time for some slightly different steps.

Who is the ScalePad Hub for?

Partners with active subscriptions to Backup Radar*, ControlMap, Lifecycle Insights, Lifecycle Manager, and/or Quoter.

Who is the ScalePad Hub NOT for?

Cognition360 Partners: Your application isn't currently managed in the ScalePad Hub, but hang tight and stay tuned: It'll be migrated at a later date!

Backup Radar Client users: You'll manage your account within Backup Radar instead of within the Hub. Check out Logging in to your Client account for more information.

Navigate to app.scalepad.com.
Under Welcome, choose your desired login/sign up method:

a. Sign in with Google: See Logging in with Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for more details on setting up Google SSO for your Hub account.
b. Sign in with Microsoft: See Logging in with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for more details on setting up Google SSO for your Hub account.
c. Email: Enter the email address associated with your ScalePad account and click Sign in.
d. Sign up for free: Choose this option and follow the prompts to create your new ScalePad account.
Once you're logged into the ScalePad Hub, you can manage your ScalePad Hub account itself, or choose the ScalePad product you would like to manage by clicking the icon at the top left and selecting it under Your Products.
