Manage meeting templates in the new UI

Meeting templates provide reusable titles, types, agendas, and internal attendees. Templates are account-owned: the Settings, account Meetings, and client Meetings surfaces show the same catalog.

  1. Open Settings > Meetings > Templates, or open the Templates tab under Engage > Meetings.
  2. Choose the new template action.
  3. Enter the title, choose the meeting type, and write the agenda. Add internal attendees who should be included by default.
  4. Create the template and open it from the catalog to check the saved values.

Find, edit, duplicate, or delete a template

Search the catalog, filter by meeting type or source, and choose the card or list view. Account-created templates appear under Custom.

  1. Open a template to edit its title, type, agenda, or internal attendees.
  2. Valid edits to an existing template save automatically. Wait for the save to finish and resolve any error before leaving.
  3. Use Duplicate in the drawer header to start a separate version. Use the template actions menu to delete a template you no longer need, after reviewing the confirmation.

Deleting a template removes it from future selection; it does not remove existing meetings.

Apply a template

When creating a meeting, select a template to prefill its title, type, agenda, and internal attendees. Review those values, add client contacts, and set the schedule and owner before saving.

Applying a template to an existing meeting replaces template-owned content, including its title, agenda, and internal attendees. It preserves the occurrence schedule, client attendees, links, and attachments. For a recurring meeting, series-owned type, owner, and recurrence remain with the series. Review the meeting after applying the template so any replaced agenda content is intentional.

Templates do not define cadence policies or schedule a series by themselves. Configure those separately. Meeting and template-management permissions determine which actions are available.
