Use Client IQ from the new client dashboard
Client IQ provides AI-generated business and industry context to help you prepare for client conversations. It requires Client IQ access for that client. Treat the brief as preparation material and check important claims before sharing them with the client.
- Select the client and open its dashboard.
- Open the client summary preview to display the full Client IQ summary drawer.
- Review the Client summary and Industry summary.
- To refresh an existing brief, select Regenerate brief. Wait for generation to finish; the action is unavailable while a job is already running.
Choose the correct website
Client IQ uses the website saved in the client's profile. Update the client's website in Client Settings when it is missing or incorrect. Saving the website can start regeneration when Client IQ is available. If no website is saved, generation may use an inferred contact-email domain.
A bare domain or full website URL is accepted; the base website is used for future refreshes. Confirm that it identifies the correct organization, especially when the client has several brands or a common business name.
Review the generated content
The client summary describes the business. The industry summary provides broader sector context. If the website cannot be verified, Client IQ may be unable to produce a useful brief. Correct the website and regenerate rather than relying on unrelated or stale text.
The classic Client IQ page below also provides summary editing, suggested questions and topics, and goal context. Those classic controls are separate from the new dashboard's full-summary drawer. Use the classic page where you need those controls and they remain available. Regeneration creates refreshed AI output; review it again before using it in a meeting or recommendation.
For the classic interface, see Using Client IQ (Beta) — classic UI.
