The Client Dashboard gives you a snapshot of an individual client's account details, revenue, initiatives, and goals in one place. You can open the Dashboard for any client you manage.

Accessing the Client Dashboard

To access a client's dashboard:

  1. Click the client picker dropdown beneath your account name in the upper left of the page.

  2. Select the client's name from the list (Use the search box to find a specific client, if required).
The client's name will appear in the client picker to show which client you're currently viewing.

Client Dashboard layout and features

Left navigation panel

The left navigation shows the selected client and its available work areas. Navigation items depend on your plan and permissions. The main groups include:

  • Dashboard, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Playbooks at the top level
  • Discover: Analytics, Assessments, Insights, and Findings where available
  • Plan: Roadmap, Budgets, Goals, and other available planning tools
  • Engage: Deliverables and Meetings
  • Manage: Contacts, Agreements, Hardware, Software, and Licensing

Client Summary

Below the page header, one panel is divided into three parts:

  • Client Summary:
A Generate brief link with an AI icon. Clicking it generates a client summary and an industry summary. Once generated, a View Full Summary link appears, which opens a drawer where you can read the full client and industry summaries.

Overview

  • Overview
The client's owner, account team (shown with an avatar), segment, and the date the client became a customer.

Revenue Info

  • Revenue Info
The client's annual recurring revenue and renewal date, along with a Key Contacts sub-section.

Metric tiles

The available tiles summarize the client at a glance. What you see depends on your plan and available data, and can include:

  • DMI
  • Relationship Score
  • Pipeline
  • Active Initiatives
  • Forecast
  • Goal Health
  • Upcoming meetings
  • Client Health
  • Value

Manage the account team

Use the client dashboard to review the account team, identify primary owners, and add or unassign members.

Primary-role indicators identify the team members responsible for the client relationship. Add or remove team members from the Dashboard where your permissions allow, and use Undo when offered to reverse a recent change. Primary roles are configured across the account under Settings > Clients > Team Roles; changing a role’s primary setting affects every client using that role.

Review meeting cadence

The meeting-policy cards show the cadence requirements that apply to this client and whether each needs attention. Open Engage > Meetings to review the client’s meetings or schedule the next one. A future booking does not replace a qualifying completed meeting.

Work with the client’s contacts

Open Export to choose a contact spreadsheet or a client user report. Example shown with synthetic demo contacts.
Open Export to choose a contact spreadsheet or a client user report. Example shown with synthetic demo contacts.
  1. Select Contacts in the client navigation.
  2. Use Integration Source to see where a contact came from, or open Filter to limit the list to selected integrations.
  3. Where Microsoft 365 product data is available, use the license filter to find people holding any of the selected products. The available products belong to the selected client.
  4. Review the resulting list, then open Export to download a spreadsheet or the client’s PDF user report where your permissions allow.

Source information is included in spreadsheet and PDF exports. Spreadsheet exports preserve the supported search, filter, sort and column choices; a PDF user report requires one selected client. Contact details reflect the latest synchronized and resolved data, so refresh the source data before relying on an export for a license review.
