Choose the SaaS experience available to your client

Select the client and open Manage > SaaS. Access depends on the client’s SaaS entitlement, your permissions and client access. The native and embedded experiences can have different tabs and controls; use the experience offered by your account.

For native deployment and device administration, open the client’s Settings > SaaS Management; use Devices for its device list. Client data-collection settings are separate from partner-wide App Catalog approvals. For the embedded experience, use Agent Deployment and the Settings control inside the SaaS page. Review application usage

The SaaS Management page shows application usage collected by the ScalePad Agent for the selected client. Select SaaS from the client navigation to open it.

Choose a reporting period

Use the month selector and previous or next controls at the top of the page to review a reporting period. Dashboard metrics compare the selected period with the previous period when comparison data is available.

Dashboard

The Dashboard summarizes the client's application activity.

App Usage

The App Usage chart shows Total Apps Used, Unauthorized Apps Used, and AI Apps Used over time. Select a metric to open the corresponding application list.

AI Apps Used

Review AI applications by Apps, Categories, Users, or Departments. Application rows show categories, user counts, and usage intensity. Select Show All AI Apps for the complete list.

Unauthorized Apps

Review applications that have not been authorized for the client. The panel summarizes affected apps, categories, users, and departments. Use an application's actions menu to review or change its authorization state.

Compliance Gaps

Compliance Gaps highlights risky applications with missing certifications. Review the number of affected apps, categories, users, and departments, then select Show All Risky Apps for details.

Top Apps

Use By Users, By Time, and By Sessions to see the leading app, biggest increase, and biggest decrease for each measure.

New and unused apps

New Apps This Month highlights applications first observed in the selected period. Unused Apps This Month lists known applications with no detected users during that period.

All Apps

The All Apps tab provides the complete application inventory for the selected client and period. Use its search, filters, and application actions to review usage, categories, authorization state, risk, users, and departments.

Agent Deployment and settings

Select Agent Deployment to review or manage deployment of the ScalePad Agent. Select the settings icon to configure SaaS Management for the account.
