Managing invoice notifications

Invoice notifications can be controlled by the notification settings on your Billing page in the ScalePad Hub. This article explains how to access those settings and choose how and where invoice notifications are delivered.

Who can use this feature?

  • ScalePad Hub Administrators.
  • ScalePad Hub users with Manage Billing permissions.

Accessing invoice notification settings

To access your invoice notification settings:

  1. From the ScalePad Hub home page, click Billing.

     
  2. On the Billing page, click Edit billing info in the upper‑right corner.

     
  3. On the Edit Billing info page, scroll to the bottom to find the Notifications section.

Choosing notification types

In the Notifications section, three notification types appear. Only Email notifications are applicable for invoices.

  • Email notifications – Use this toggle to enable or disable invoice notifications.
  • In‑app notifications – Greyed out. This option isn't used for invoice notifications.
  • Push notifications – Greyed out. This option isn't used for invoice notifications.

Choosing where invoice emails are sent

Below the notification type options, you can control which email address receives invoice notifications:

  • Me – Sends invoice notifications to the email address you use to sign in to the ScalePad Hub.
  • Another email… – Lets you send invoice notifications to a different address.

If you choose Another email…:

  1. Select Another email… in the Notifications section.
  2. Enter the email address you want to receive invoice notifications.
  3. Click Save.

You can use this option to send invoice notifications directly to a billing mailbox instead of an individual user.
