Accessing your invoices

ScalePad invoices are accessible through the billing page of the ScalePad hub. This article outlines how to download any of your invoices.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with Administrator permissions.
  • Users with Manage Billing permissions.
  
  1. Log in to the ScalePad Hub at app.scalepad.com.
  2. In the upper navigation bar, or the shortcuts panel, click Billing.
  3. Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
    Invoices are listed in chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
  4. Click the invoice number under the Invoice column to download a PDF of any of your invoices.
