What is ScalePad Academy?

ScalePad Academy contains structured learning paths designed to guide you and your team through ScalePad products step by step. Each course focuses on:

• Practical knowledge to support your role.

Who can use ScalePad Academy?

All ScalePad partners can sign up and access available courses, regardless of their job title or responsibilities.

What courses are available?

ScalePad Academy currently offers structured learning paths for Lifecycle Manager and ControlMap. These courses guide you through key features, build confidence, and help you ramp up quickly when using these products.

Over time, new courses will be added to our training library, covering product onboarding, best practice micro-learning, and other upskilling opportunities to maximize your success with ScalePad.

Getting started with ScalePad Academy

How to sign up

To sign up for ScalePad Academy:

1. Go to ScalePad Academy.
 

2. Click Sign Up.
     
 

3. Enter your name and email address, and create a password. Then click Sign up.
     
 

4. Start learning!

You can access ScalePad Academy directly from the Resource Center in the Lifecycle Manager or Control Map apps by clicking the ScalePad Academy link:

Can I use my existing ScalePad login for ScalePad Academy?

You will need to create a new account to access ScalePad Academy. We recommend signing up with the same email address used for your ScalePad account to ensure a smooth experience.

Is there a cost to access ScalePad Academy?

No. ScalePad Academy access is included with your ScalePad subscription.

Can I track my course progress?

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pause and continue anytime.

Can I track course progress for my team or organization?

Not yet. Currently, only individual progress is available. Team and organization tracking is in development.

Will I receive a certificate or proof of completion?

Not at this time. However, you’ll receive an email confirmation when you complete a course. Certificate options are being considered for the future.

Can I provide feedback on the courses?

Yes, we love feedback! You'll be prompted to complete a short survey at the end of each course.
