If a user loses access to their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), an administrator can reset it on their behalf. This allows them to regain access to their ScalePad Hub account by setting up MFA again.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with Administrator permissions.

  1. In your ScalePad Hub account, navigate to the Members section

  2. Click the edit icon beside the name of the user whose MFA you want to reset

  3. Click Reset multi-factor Authentication

Once done, the user will be prompted to set up MFA the next time they log in.
