Importing Agreements from PSAs

Review imported Agreements in the new UI

Select All clients or the intended client, then open Manage > Agreements. Open an agreement to review its source, billing details and effective line-item periods. Synced source fields remain controlled by the PSA; change them there and allow the next sync to complete.

ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA and Halo PSA can supply supported agreement data. Availability depends on the connected source, its permissions and the returned agreement records. For Halo setup, see Integrating with Halo PSA. A successful hardware sync alone does not establish that agreement data is available.

Lifecycle Manager automatically imports agreements from your connected PSA. Once your integration is active, agreements sync every 24 hours automatically.

Supported PSAs

Lifecycle Manager supports direct sync from:

  • Autotask PSA
  • ConnectWise Manage

For setup instructions, see the integration article for your PSA:

Supported agreement types

Lifecycle Manager supports the following agreement types from both PSAs:

  • Recurring services
  • Fixed-cost and milestone-based

How sync works

After your PSA integration is set up, Lifecycle Manager syncs all supported agreements automatically every 24 hours. Pricing and contract details stay current based on what's in your PSA.

When you open an agreement, you can see the individual line items that make up the contract total, such as ConnectWise additions. You can also expand agreements in the table view to show line items inline.
