Hello there! Follow the steps below to update your ScalePad Hub account billing information.

Who can use this feature? • Administrator users. • Users with Manage Billing permissions. |

Note: • We accept (🇺🇸 USD and 🇨🇦 CAD) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards. • We don't support direct debit or Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). • If you're interested in ACH transfers, talk to your sales representative to see if this is an option for your account. |
- Log in to your ScalePad Hub account and select
Menu > Manage your account.
- Click Billing.
- Click Edit billing info.
- Update your billing information as needed and click Save Billing Info to save your changes.
And that's it! Your changes will take effect on your next renewal date.
