Enable supported write-back in the shared Integration Center
- Open the ScalePad Hub Integration Center and select an existing integration.
- Review its vendor-specific sync preferences and supported purchase/expiry-date write-back options.
- Enable only the supported fields you intend to update, then choose Save and sync now.
Two-way sync requires eligible client access and credentials with the vendor permissions needed to update those records. A successful read-only sync does not prove write access. Options vary by integration; the ConnectWise screenshot below is one vendor example. This is shared Hub configuration, not a separate native Lifecycle Manager settings screen.
This article describes how Lifecycle Manager can automatically push updated warranty information into your remote systems.
|
Note: Lifecycle Manager never pushes dates from one integration into another.
|
| Note: In-app edited dates - If you use our In-app edit feature to edit purchase/expiry dates manually, and you have Two-Way Sync enabled, Lifecycle Manager will push these manually edited dates back into your remote systems. |
| Note: Lifecycle Manager will not update any asset information aside from warranty start and expiry dates. |

Or by clicking Integrations directly from the ScalePad Hub.
Select the integration where you'd like to enable Two-Way Sync
Scroll down to the Preferences section, under Sync data.

Click the Save and sync now button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes
Two-Way Sync will be successfully enabled once you've followed the listed steps for your integration(s).
