What will I need before scheduling?
Before booking your discovery call, there are a few things to consider to ensure you get the most out of your onboarding sessions:
Know what you want to achieve: Having a clear idea of what you want to accomplish with Lifecycle Manager will help your Partner Success Manager provide more targeted guidance and advice during the call. Whether it's streamlining your customer engagement processes or increasing customer retention, a clear goal will help you make the most of your onboarding experience.
Familiarize yourself with the platform: While your Partner Success Manager will guide you through the key features of Lifecycle Manager during your onboarding session, it's helpful to have a basic understanding of the platform before your discovery call. Please see Getting started in Lifecycle Manager for more information.
Have your data ready: To get the most out of your onboarding sessions, it's important to have your data ready, including any customer data you want to import into Lifecycle Manager and any marketing materials or campaigns you want to set up.
Ensure that you have the necessary access: Depending on your role within your organization, you may need access to specific Lifecycle Manager features, as shown in How to manage your team’s permissions.
With these things in place before your onboarding session, you'll be better prepared to learn about Lifecycle Manager and start with the platform.
