The following article explains how to reset the multi-factor authentication from within Lifecycle Manager. The process for resetting your MFA is dependent on the number of account administrators available.

If you are the sole administrator of the Lifecycle Manager account, see the Sole administrator of the account section.

Reset MFA

For security purposes, the best option to reset your MFA is to have any of your account administrators reset your MFA for you.

MFA reset process for Administrators

To do this, sign into your Lifecycle Manager account and perform the following steps:

  1. Select the member account to reset MFA

  2. Click the Reset multi-factor authentication button

If there are no active account administrators, you'll need to reach out to success@scalepad.com for us to verify your identity before resetting your MFA.

As the sole administrator of the account

If you are the only Administrator on your account, your MFA must be reset by Partner Success. In order to proceed, Partner Success needs to verify your identity for security purposes.

Please reach out to the Partner Success Team between 8 AM to 5 PM PT, Monday to Friday at success@scalepad.com for assistance in resetting your MFA.

Once your details are verified for your request, Partner Success will reset your MFA for you.

You will receive an email confirmation that your MFA was reset with details on how to proceed.
