If you want to delete Insights, this is done from the Account menu option.

  1. Navigate to the Account page by clicking Account in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Click the Insights tab to view all personalized insights.

  3. Select the preferred Insight to delete and click the trash can icon to delete.

No direct access to Insights
Unlike Initiatives, you cannot view the affected assets of an Insight from the Account > Insights tab by clicking the name of the Initiative. Insights are only accessible through the strategy dashboards.

When viewing personalized insights, the three items required for creating an insight are displayed in the Insight list view.

  • Name & description

  • Asset type

  • Insight policy

Every policy included in an insight is listed individually. For example, using the listed policies, you can easily determine which Personalized insight is to be deleted.
