Use this article to adjust any sync settings for your Syncro integration in ScalePad Lifecycle Manager.
Navigate to Integrations, and click Syncro.
Only sync devices checked-in
This setting will make Lifecycle Manager only sync in hardware assets that have last checked into Syncro, within certain time frames.
Select an option from the drop-down menu
Within past 30 days
Within past 60 days
Within past 90 days
All assets (no check-in limit)
Click Save SyncroMSP Setup
Select asset types to sync
Selecting the Lifecycle Manager Asset Type from each corresponding drop-down menu will map the respective Syncro Configuration Type, to that hardware asset type.
For example, mapping Desktop configurations to Workstation means that all your desktop assets will show up as workstations in Lifecycle Manager.
Sync assets without serial numbers
While we're unable to perform warranty look-ups on hardware assets without serial numbers, there is value to add these assets to your Lifecycle Manager account.
Check the Include Devices Without Serial Numbers box
Click Save SyncroMSP Setup
