Use this article to adjust any sync settings for your HaloPSA integration in ScalePad Lifecycle Manager.

Navigate to Integrations, and select HaloPSA.

Enable Two-Way Sync

  1. In Enable Two-Way Sync Fields section, check the appropriate boxes to enable Two-Way Sync for these fields.

  2. Select the Warranty Expiration and/or Purchase Date to enable Two-Way Sync for this field.

  3. Click Save HaloPSA Setup.

Sync assets without serial numbers

While we're unable to perform warranty look-ups on hardware assets without serial numbers, there is value to adding these assets to your Lifecycle Manager account.

  1. Select Include hardware assets without serial numbers (optional)

  2. Click Save HaloPSA Setup.
