How to resolve sync issue message

  1. Navigate to your affected integration(s), and view the complete tally of the affected assets

  2. Clean up the data in your remote systems, using the provided spreadsheet if it helps

  3. Navigate to your ScalePad Dashboard and click Sync now.

Once you've followed the outlined steps and synced the cleaned-up data into ScalePad, the sync issue should be resolved successfully.
