Our system has detected that for some assets, the User field is not populating. In ScalePad Lifecycle Manager, the User field displays the last logged-in user for an asset.
Note: This is expected behavior if there's no RMM tool.
Missing username resolution in RMM
If you are using an RMM tool that collects information for the last logged-in user, make sure your RMM is set up to sync to your other systems.
Note: At this time, Continuum doesn't support the syncing of username data for desktop resources.
Once you've followed the guidelines, your User field should populate as intended.
